  Agia Triada   -   Evritania
Small village with houses made of stone within a forest of pine trees and chestnut trees. There is a ski resort in Velouhi only 9 km. away from the village.
  Agrinio   -   Aitoloakarnania
Took part in the fight against the Turks and it has now become a productive urban center of the province. It is well organized to receive tourists and it is worth visiting the library and the church of Panagia. Among others you can also see the gorge of Klissoura and Trichonida Lake.
  Amfilochia and Menidi   -   Aitoloakarnania
Attract a lot of tourists, especially during the summer season. There is a unique phenomenon happening in Amfilochia, the sea radiates a bright light during the night due to the great quantities of phosphorus in the water. It is an incredible sight that should not be missed.
  Antirio   -   village near the beach - Aitoloakarnania
This is where the ferries come and go towards Peloponnesse and the Main Land. The line Rio Antirio is one of the most vital in Greece but it is soon to be replaced by an overhung bridge, which will be the largest of its kind worldwide.
  Chaldika   -   Municipality of Chalcida
Many Greek personalities favor Chalkida as their holiday resort. It is cosmopolitan and has great beaches for everyone's taste. The town hall is a place to visit on the waterfront and also the red house of Mallios family which was built in 1884 by the French architect Flegy. The archaeological museum has artifacts from all over the island of Evoia with rare findings.
  Delphi   -   Fokida
Situated on a unique spot on Mount Parnassos under the Fedriades Stones at height of 550 m. with an incredible view and excellent climate. On one side there is the museum and the archaeological site among pine trees and on the other side the welcoming city of Delphi with a great view to the olive trees of Amfissa. After visiting the site you can walk in the city where there are numerous tourist shops, restaurants, banks and tourist offices ready to serve you. A great variety of Hotels will cover every need. You should also visit the temple of Apollo and the Kastallia Spring.
  Gravia  -  Fokida
Known for the battle at "The Hani of Gravia" where Odysseas Androutsos and his men fought against the forces of Omer Vrioni in 1821. Every may there is a representation of the battle taking place among other festivities.
  Itea   -   Fokida
Easter in Itea is an experience since in Fokida and especially in Itea the residents barbecue the lambs on the streets in a completely traditional way. People from whole neighborhoods gather and throw on the hot coals 15, 20 and 25 lamps while they drink and dance and offer wine and food to whoever stands near their "pit". It can be an unforgettable experience. Itea also participates along with the municipalities of Delphi and Amfissa in the "Delphic celebrations" a cultural event of the highest order.
  Kamena Vourla
Located between sea and mountain at a beautiful spot by the national road Athens – Thessaloniki. It is the greatest and best-organized tourist resort of Central Greece. The combination of sea and mountain and the easy access to near by beaches and islands, to archaeological and historical sites and to the villages of Fthiotida is unbeatable. The Monastery of Metamorphosis is an invaluable historical treasure built in the 11 th and 12 th centuries. Close to the Monastery is the traditional village of Karya with incredible view to the surrounding mountains.
  Karpenisi   -   capital Evritania's Prefecture
Situated at the foot of Timphristos Mountain [ 960 m. altitude ] and in a fir-wooded enviroment. The way to Karpenisi is marvellous as the landscape varies from that of the plain-all through Sperchios River-to that of the mountain at Timphristos village. It is one of the ideal vacations-destinations in Greece during the winter and a place where one can sally out for excursions to beautiful locations.

Has been declared a "Holy City" because it offered a lot in the fight against the Turks. Great poets and painters like Lord Byron and Delacroi have been inspired by the bloody exit of the Greeks on the 10 th of April 1826.
  Piraeus   -   Province of Attika   -   famous for its harbor
Connects Athens with all the islands and with other countries and is the greatest naval center of Greece and whole of the Mediterranean.
As a city it is full of life with great commerce and industry. Nightlife is also very vibrant. Beyond the harbor is the breathtaking area of Kastella with its little natural harbors like Mikroloimano, Pasalimani and others. There are high-class bistros bars and restaurants here and also small clubs.

One of the less touristy islands but the beaches are always incredible.
