Croatian Museum of Naďve Art The Croatian Museum of Naive Art holds more than 1,850 works of art – paintings, sculptures, drawings and
prints – mainly by Croatian artists. The permanent display of the Museum was established according to the
maxim: Naive Art as a Segment of Modern Art. The focus is on Croatian artists – of the celebrated Hlebine School, and a few of the more highly-valued independent artists.
Museum of Contemporary Art Zagreb
Has a rich collection of Croatian and foreign contemporary visual art. The Museum of Contemporary Art is the present-day name for Zagreb Municipal Galleries, which formerly
consisted of the Contemporary Art Gallery, the Centre for Photography, Film, and Television, and the Benko
Horvat Collection, Library, and Documentation Department. Prior to its separation, the institution also included
Atelier Meštrović (today's Meštrović Foundation), the Primitive Art Gallery (Croatian Museum of Naive Art), and
