Fazana - 8 km north of Puna
In Fažana and its surroundings Roman patricians built their villas and villae rusticae and processed olives and
grapes. The village called Vasianum in Roman times, situated across the Brijuni archipelago was named after the workshop for making amphorae and various pottery.
Funtana
Funtana is a fishermen's, agricultural and tourist village on the western coast of Istria, settled between tourist
towns Vrsar and Porec. This territory is spreading from Zeiena Laguna in the west till Valkanela in the south.
This is the part of the istrian coast abounding with bays, peninsulas and islands. Funtana has some 1000
inhabitants. Funtana is surrounded by hilly country covered with vineyards, olive groves, fields and meadows, oak and pine forests that are frequently spreading till shoreline.
Medulin - Medulin Riviera
Along the 70 kilometers of indented coastline, in coves and bays, lie five picturesque towns. The largest and
most famous among them, as well as the administrative center is Medulin with a population of 2,500. This is
also where the greatest number of amenities needed for a relaxing holiday is located. Owing to the mild climate guests are welcome from early spring to late autumn.
Owing to its exceptional climatic conditions Medulin is often the destination for training and competitions of top European sportsmen and teams.
Along the indented and varied Medulin coastline, 18 campsites and naturist camp Kažela lie hidden amidst lush vegetation offering welcome shade during the summer heat.

Novigrad Istria
The Novigrad Riviera stretches from Dajla to the mouth of the Mirna River and is characterized by an indented,
low and accessible coast with rocky and pebbly beaches. Situated along the coast are Novigrad's hotels with well-equipped sports grounds and various catering facilities.

The old town of Rovinj is situated on a peninsula with a hill as a substrate. Rovinj has a lot going up alleys in the old town. Outside the city, on the mainland are several tourist complexes.

Archaeological Museum of Istria
By collecting stone monuments in the Temple of Augustus in 1802, marshal Marmont began the founding of
the museum collection in Pula. However, the discovery of stone, ceramic and metal objects in Nesactium was the basis for founding the Museo Civico (City Museum) in Pula in 1902.
Historical Museum of Istria
At the highest hill in Pula, at an altitude of 32.4 m, between the sea and the hills Arena, Zaro and Sv. Mihovil,
the adapted Venetian fortification, houses since 1961 the Historical Museum of Istria, founded as the Museum of the Revolution on December 31, 1955.
The Museum has several departments – Department of the history of Pula, Department of medieval Istrian history and the Department of modern Istrian history with adjoining collections
