Located on the southern shore of Qiantang River in the Xiaoshan district and is 27km away from downtown Hangzhou. Has direct flights to Japan, Thailand, Korea, and Singapore, regional routes to Hong Kong and Macau, as well as numerous domestic routes.
The Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway has an exit at the airport. Driving time from the airport to Shanghai is 2.5hrs, Suzhou is 1.5hrs, Wuxi is 2hrs and Wenzhou is 3.5hrs.
